workshops for trans folks (and other workshops for the rest of you)

I have led a variety of workshops on gender over the years. I have found it to be especially exhilarating to bring trans and gender nonconforming people together to explore issues of our own liberation and solidarity. These times together are precious. I equally enjoy working in mixed groups where I can invite cisgender people to notice that they have just as much gender as trans folks do--they just live in a society that doesn't have them noticing it as regularly.
